WHO WE ARE
BH Land & Snow Property Maintenance is a family-run business based right here in Gasport, NY. We started this company with a simple belief: Western New York property owners deserve a reliable, honest crew they can call for anything - from moving dirt to moving snow.
We operate out of our yard at 7960 Telegraph Rd., where you'll find our equipment ready to roll and our bulk landscape materials available for pickup seven days a week. We're not a big faceless company - we're your neighbors, and we take that seriously.
Whether it's clearing a lot, fixing a soggy yard, or making sure a parking lot is plowed before 6 a.m., we bring the same attitude to every job: show up, do it right, and stand behind the work. That's how we've grown — job by job, customer by customer, year over year.

We own and operate a full fleet of professional-grade equipment -no renting, no subcontracting. Our New Holland C330 Compact Track Loader handles the heavy lifting: excavation, grading, demolition, and material moving on residential and commercial sites. For tighter spaces, we run the Toro Dingo TX-1000 Turbo, a compact tracked loader with vertical lift that gets into areas larger machines simply can't reach.
When it snows, our New Holland W80C Wheel Loader, equipped with a Pro-Tech snow pusher, keeps commercial lots and driveways clear fast. For precision work like drainage trenching, utility lines, and foundation digs, we bring in our mini excavator, purpose-built for accuracy in confined areas. Our full-size dump truck handles all hauling and material delivery, whether you're picking up topsoil or need a full load of crusher run dropped on your site. And for land clearing, our forestry mulching attachments turn trees, brush, and stumps into mulch right on the spot - no hauling, no burning, no mess.
